Domestic Return policy (India Only)

  • Please note that sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Items can only be returned in exchange for other items.
  • We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery.
  • Once the Return reaches our warehouse, we will initiate the Exchange delivery.
  • Send us the photo of the Order Received (with the clothing piece(s) received within 2 days of receiving the parcel on WhatsApp number +91 88003 05337 or email us at support@begoddesses.com). Any issues related to defect/damages/sizing must be raised within 2 days of receiving the items.
  • The product choice for exchange is subject to availability.
  • As soon as you notify us we will initiate the exchange process and guide you through the hassle free process.
  • You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to WhatsApp number +91 88003 05337 or email us at support@begoddesses.com from Monday to Friday between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.
  • By default, Items can only be picked up from the same address to where it was shipped. Kindly inform the customer care when the package is picked up from your address, preferably with the photo of the pickup receipt, so that we can keep a track of the returning order
  • Only for the first exchange, the shipping charge is covered by us. For any subsequent exchanges on same order, customer will have to follow the following steps:
  • Inform the customer care on WhatsApp +91 88003 05337 or email support@begoddesses.com within 48 hours of receiving the items
  • Send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense within 15 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us so that we can track the order.
  • The item should be in its original packing with all tags.
  • The next exchange order will be processed by us only after we receive back the items in due time frame, with all the original packing (the outer plastic cover not needed) and in intact/undamaged form.
  • Exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers or any other discount offers
  • Please be patient in the processing of exchanges, since there can be a slight delay in processing the exchange during festive and holiday season or due to the non-availability of the specific product.

Items can only be returned in exchange for other items. We don't offer refunds unless a prepaid order is lost in transit or is undeliverable due to any reason. We will send you the exchanged item as soon as your returned product is received by us.

Failing to handover the products in original packing despite of 3 pickup attempts will result in cancellation of exchange request.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.   

Exceptions:

Any complaint that is reported after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

How do I start a return?

The quickest way to initiate a return/exchange is to call or WhatsApp us at with your order ID and reason for return. We’ll take care of the rest!


What if I receive a damaged product or Wrong Product?

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. Do report the same to our WhatsApp number +91 88003 05337 or email us at support@begoddesses.com, preferably with a picture and we will initiate another delivery process.
